MSN and Google now sees my site as US based.

Yahoo, still list our site as Canadian (ie on yahoo.ca, select canadian sites only).

We are in the Canadian and US Yahoo directories, but should'nt server location (GeoIP) determine if your site is
listed as canadian or american.

Yahoo is the slowest engine ever created. They don't give a bit about having fresh results, almost looks like they abandoned the search arena.
Just give it another couple of months....or years....

Now if when the editor reviewed your site, he determined that your site is canadian, there is nothing to do about it - Their search engine is so pitiful that it's unlikely that it will be fixed.
You can send a request to Yahoo directory and try to explain them your situation I guess.

Update: After 80 days, Yahoo now treats my site as an American Site.

We are listed still in both the Canadian and American directory, but Yahoo appears to be using the WHOIS info, and not the directory listing to determine geo-location.
