I used to do equally well in Google, Yahoo and MSN. Now my pages are in Yahoo but not ranking nearly as well.

Someone earlier mentioned that 301 redirects are a problem withn Yahoo and I'd like to hear more opinions on this.

annej - I do not believe Yahoo penalizes for a 301, however, they do have a problem with it. It seems they never (or are slow to) pick up the change. For example, all my pages end with a slash. Yahoo likes to remove the trailing slash. Even though I've 301'd the unslashed version to the slashed version, Slurp keeps looking for the unslashed version.

On these very same URI's I rank very well in Yahoo.

If it's not the 301 redirect I'd sure like to have some ideas on how to do better in Yahoo. I'd like to get back in their good graces.

There must be some subtle ways their algo works that is different from MSN and Google. I must be missing something I should be doing.
