Using Findwhat Results?

seeing a findwhat ad at #2 spot in Yahoo

I have a fairly uncompetitive keyword phrase using a result from Findwat! The findwhat tracking URL shows up for the #2 result in natural listings. i assume this is a glitch, but why on earth would Yahoo accept paid ads as natural links?
