YahooSeeker/CafeKelsa crashing server

Anything we can do?

We have a job website which is getting so many visits from,
YahooSeeker/CafeKelsa+(compatible;+Konqueror/3.2;+FreeBSD+;+http://help.yahoo.com/+help/hotjobs/webmaster)+(KHTML,+like+Gecko) that our server is crashing at times.

We want our jobs to appear in hotjobs so do not want to totally block the spider...

Any ideas on how to slow it down? We have contacted Yahoo but have recieved no reply or help.
