When I search for site pages Yahoo shows only URL's (http://www...) of my site (except home page) both as a title and description as well. What does that mean?

Is my site getting banned from Yahoo or anythign else? If it is getting banned how do I get back my pages indexed?

Its a clean affiliate site with no spamming history.

I am searching through: site:www.example.com for the domain www.example.com

Have faith in your website, and Yahoo will put you back
in time. Unfortunately, search engines really test our
virtue of patience to the extreme ...

56,000+ pages across 45 websites removed yesterday.
30% back today. Same thing - all pages gone except the
main index.html page ...

Have faith in your website and hang on, because this is
one never ending roller coaster ride.

What are the activities by which I can judge that a site is being removed from Y! index?

What I am seeing on my sites are:

- Description diappeared first
- then only file name used as title
- then description and title both changed to file path
- then url disappeared

What do you guys think are the correct series of activities for getting removed from Y! index?
