Does Yahoo have a Blog Section?

Hi,

I am new to the BLOG concept.Recently I have created a Blog section in Google's Blog ( www.blogger.com). I have posted certain articles over there.

I wanted to enquire, whether Yahoo too offers such facility, wherein I can create my own blog in Yahoo.

And another point, where all can I promote my blog. Could somebody tell me some good resources for that.
