Is Yahoo Filtering New Sites from August-September?

They're in Regional Index but not in Main Index

Hi

I have a problem that all my new sites I created during August and September goes into regional Yahoo index (es,hk,br,tw.yahoo.com). They have good positions there, but none of them appears on main index.

Why this may happen? Anybody seeing same results?
Was you sites launched during last 2 months got good ranking in Yahoo?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanx
