301 Rediect Keeps Getting a Fresh Cache

Duplicate domain so I did the suggested 301 Redirect over a month ago. This domain, just a home page, keeping getting indexed all the time by Yahoo. I want it to go away from the search results. My site is penalized by Yahoo and I was hoping this would solve the property. Any advise/input?

A couple approaches:

1. It sounds like you haven't implemented a 301 for the entire domain, but for a page instead. Don't even serve a Home Page - just serve a 301 for the entire domain.

2. Take the duplicate domain offline completely, not even serving a 301.
