Is this a ban/penalty/index change

Hi everyone, I've read that if Yahoo indexes only your homepage then you are banned or is it penalised?

But what if it only lists about 5 pages (homepage and four others) when previously it listed 80-90 pages. Is this still a ban/penalty.

Or might this have something to do with the July update, surely things would have settled down from that at this stage. Let me know your thougts on this.
