I wonder if it is possible to submit again and pay? Would that fix the problem?
I mean a 5 word description for a very popular and profitable web site is kind of sad. What is another 200 bucks considering the fact of all the traffic we are not getting from a lousy 5 word descriprion. Whatcha think?

If you are willing to risk $200.00 then I would suggest you try it. Just say goodbye to the cash and hope for the best. Submit a good description that has a good chance of making it thru and use the "30-day appeal" period if you have to after you get a response in 7 days.
If this occurrs, be sure to reply to the editor sending the rejection letter RIGHT AWAY and explain the situation. Explain that you've been trying to get the description changed and are willing to pay them another $200 for a better description. This should get you in (ideally) with a good description.
On the advice of 2_much, I emailed the original Y! editor, and instead of whining about how much the poor description was hurting my business, I explained that the description was doing a diservice to Y! users because they were unable to find me through a kw search. I let the editor know that I was willing to pay the $199 fee again to resubmit. As a result, I just recieved the following email:
Dear Business Express Client,
This email is in response to your appeal regarding the URL submitted
<url:http://www.mydomain.com>
with Business Express Order #7xxxxxx. After reviewing your appeal,
we have made the requested changes. The changes should appear in
the database within the next 2 to 4 business days.
I haven't seen the revised description yet, but I still can't wipe the grin off my face. Thanks 2_much!!!!
