Yahoo Aquisition of Music Match

Appears Yahoo rebranded the popular Music Match media player

I know this might be pretty off-topic, and possibly even in the wrong thread...

But I was quite suprised today when I visited the Music Match web site to see if there was a new version, only to see that it had been aquired by Yahoo and rebranded as such. Interesting move on Yahoo's part.

Is it me, or is just about every company out there on an aquisition rampage lately?
