Non English referrals

Getting loads of hits from foreign language Yahoo

We are a .com hosted in the USA, but serving mainly the UK.

A few days ago we started to get Spam emails in German, French and Spanish to addresses on our website.

Our logs now show lots of referrals from Yahoo with 'translate' page to German/Spanish/Italian etc.

Is anyone else seeing a similar effect?
