getting multiple hits to a CSS file

coming from 68.142.231.65, an inktomi domain

anyone else seeing this? there is no UserAgent or referer page and it just went nuts a little while ago downloading the same .css file a couple hundred times every 2 or 3 seconds.

someone spoofing the inktomi IP?

or is Ink trying to look for CSS tricks?

anyone seeing anything similar?

it's happening today. it's looking for a couple different CSS files now (over and over) w/out UA.

i'm not really worried because i don't cloak or anything, but i'm curious to see if anyone else is seeing it and why they're doing it w/out the UA...
