Thank Goodness for Yahoo!

If not for Yahoo and Msn Where Would Our Traffic Come From?

Perhaps someone could shed some light on this. When doing a web search using main keywords associated with my site I am in the top 5 on Yahoo and Msn but not even in the top 400 with google. Now it would makes sense that since google has some what of a vested interest in my site with adsense that I would be somewhere in their listing. Whats up with this?

1) Try the Google News forum at:

(Maybe one of the "Sandbox" threads would be relevant to your situation.)

2) Don't assume that, just because a site uses AdSense, its pages will get special treatment from the Google search team.

They have separate indices that are not shared according to Google, so AdSense has no affect on G rank.

I have the same good luck with MSN and Y picking up just as numerous G listings were dropped, but my CPC went way down at the exact same time, so it's still a net loss since Allegra. Makes me ask the question if the referrer data affects CPC?
