Yahoo somehow indexes a weird URL?

I just noticed yesterday in yahoo that one of the sites I monitor for keywords is no longer indexed as it was [thedomain.com...] but rather now as a combo if a misspelled word within the domain:

[misspelledword.thedomain.com...]

of course that url doesn't exist nor is there any link anywhere for this to ever get indexed that I’m aware of. Now the server is set up with a wildcard entry to catch anything that a bad typist might enter in front of the domain name so it still goes to the front page.

I also noticed the yahoo directory description, which normally is displayed, only shows on a direct request for the “domain name” and not on keyword results. Anyone else ever see this?
