Is a judgement against a URL in Yahoo permanent?

If you have a "judgement against your URL" in Yahoo and are being excluded from search results, does anyone know if this is permanent? It might be too new an issue for anyone to be able to comment. I am planning on making what I feel are the necessary changes and asking for a re-review, but I was just wondering what the extent of the damage is.

Thank you, yes, I am aware of that re-review link. I am going to make several changes to our site and then request a re-review. I do find myself postponing "judgement day" though. Being dropped from their search results installs a certain paranoia over what they will find unacceptable. I will post back with the result once I have rendered the site more Yahoo friendly and have taken the leap of faith and requested a re-review.

I've had a handful of sites kicked off of Yahoo. On average they've taken about six months to get them back on.
