Site not cached in Yahoo - But Everyone Else has a Cache
What Does it Mean if Yahoo Doesn't Show a Cache to Your Site?

I am new to all of this and have been ranking down in the 20-30's then last week went to #1 on one keyword and #4 on another then now way back down.
I also noticed my site is not cached...every other one around me is...why not mine?
