2 identical e-commerce sites with different currencies

Hi to all,

I have 2 e-commerce sites that are very similar except that one is in US$ and the other is in euro.

Does Yahoo consider this as spam?

I ask because my ranking on Yahoo for the US site has dramatically dropped since one month.

I would think so, if you think about it, you now have two sites that are basically 99.9% identical.

Do these sites link each other, hosted on the same space?

Indeed, they are hosted on the same space.

I have create a robots.txt file for the second site to prevent search engines to index it.
Do you think it will work out?
