Now it's business express or nothing for Yahoo's commercial categories. I posted an article (first link) and second link is specifically about the change at Yahoo:

Is this a recent thing? I had heard they were toying with the idea for a couple of months now.

Why can't I submit my site for free anymore?

In our ongoing effort to 1) build a useful, comprehensive web directory and 2) address the needs of people submitting sites to the directory, we have expanded our fee-based Business Express program to cover all submissions to our main commercial categories: "Business and Economy/Business to Business" and "Business and Economy/Shopping and Services."

NOTE: I have a feeling this is going to get BIG. I've set up a new thread in the Directories forum [webmasterworld.com].
