Sitematch question

Make sure I've got this right before I pay

Hey everyone,

So I'm looking at submitting my site to yahoo via sitematch. My site has a few thousand pages, which Google and other SE's have indexed, but Yahoo only has about 250 pages indexed.

If I submit my main URL, for $49, will it then crawl the rest of my site?

And I'm not clear on one thing. I don't want to do any CPC stuff. Is the sitematch purely PFI or does it then require you to start paying per click? It doesn't really seem clear to me on the sitematch page, unless I'm missing something.
