tops on yahoo but missing from cnn

I thought cnn web search was yahoo search

Am I mistaken in assuming this?
Because my site turns out tops on yahoo, but is completely missing when I use the cnn.com websearch.
Any light on this would be welcome.

Interesting, I'm seeing the same.

I would guess that they're using old Yahoo results, before algorithms were updated.

Or, maybe they're using a totally different algo especially for CNN but powered by Yahoo?

It'd be nice to see if anyone knows what it is.
