I got advise from this very forum to call Yahoo and demand to speak to a supervisor; simple in theory but impossible in reality.
Out of the 10 time a called; I convinced 3 reps to transfer me to a supervisor; as the proceeded; I thought "Mission Accomplished" but that was not the case! They transfered me twice to a phone that just kept ringing and the 3rd time they patched me to a queue that after 10 minutes; an automated voice told me to call back cause there was no help available; not sure why it took 10 minutes; but ehh, they don't seem to be in to much of a hurry to properly service their directory.
To all webmasters; please verify your directory listing with Yahoo. If you have any problems call:

Comment: I contacted Microsoft for my bcentral directory listing; waited less then 2 minutes; and the gentlement fix my problem in real-time; my bcentral listing cost $250 less then yahoo's....
