Hi all,
I have one new site. It got indexed at Yahoo with out any problems in several days. But it didn't have any rankings. Than (after 2-3 weeks) I changed some details on my first page and in several days it got place #2 on my main keyword, but it was for only 2-3 days and it vanished in nowhere. It is still (after 3-4 weeks) indexed but can't be found even in top 100. Has anybody any idea about what has happened with my site? How can O improve the situation?

In advance thank you for any comments.

Based on the number of posts I've had to sort through that are just like this one, I think it would good for everyone who isn't doing as well as they would like in Y to remember a couple of points.

1. How you rank in Google isn't a Yahoo algo factor.

2. Yahoo isn't complete yet. They still have a list of technical issues they are working their way through. So it isn't yet possible to come up with any concrete plans for fixing your problems because what you are seeing now, isn't necessarily what things will be when the dust really settles.

The bottom line is that everyone is going to some strange fluctuations over the next month or two. When that happens, it isn't always the end of the world. All you need to do is hurry up and wait.
