The Mysterious Semicolon

Hi,

For weeks now, I've been seeing Slurp request pages (and folders) with an incorrect semicolon tacked on the end of a valid url. In the logs it looks like this- 'GET /firstamendment/action.cfm;' or 'GET /firstamendment/;'. I have no clue where this link may have been slurped, and of course slurp is receiving a 404 error from it. Any ideas?

Are you sure you didn't accidentally manipulate the log format?

Yes, I'm looking at the raw log. Some of Slurps requests are valid (all of Googlebot's are). I can't understand where the semicolon came from.

Maybe there *is* some link out there with a semicolon in it.
