Yahoo! Express UK not working in Spain

Error message when I try to submit

For the last 2 days I cannot submit to the Yahoo Directory.
When I click on the Yahoo! Express button, I get the following message:

Yahoo! Express

Service not available

We are currently experiencing technical problems in providing this service. Please try again later.

I am in Spain.

BTW, Yahoo.com search now appears to be working here again(There had been problems).
