Strange Yahoo behavior and bar

I got strange results and I found why

Today I was doing a search on Yahoo, using IE 6.0 and I got results that seemed garbage....
Using Opera, no problem...

I tried several times, several searches and any time ...garbage, on IE 6.0.

I checked for spayware, parassite programs etc.
Nothing!

The only different thing was a little bar on the top of Yahoo, inviting to download the Yahoo toolbar.
Only after that I cleaned the cookies everything returned normal.
After the cookies cleaning, the little bar disappeared.

Is it a Yahoo bar or maybe a tricky spyware?

On the search results page the only link to the yahoo toolbar appears on the very bottom of the page. The yahoo toolbar has spyware detection as part of it so you may want to give that a try or try some stand alone software like adaware.

Probably it was a temporary "spyware". I got that impression but the adware programs I usually use, did not find anything.

Clearing the cookies this problem totally disappeared.

Unfortunately I did not get a "print screen" and I did not copied the cookies to investigate.
