You could try letting Yahoo know your site exists here [submit.search.yahoo.com]. They may not have happened across it during their crawling. Your site logs will tell you if Slurp (the Yahoo spider) has been visiting.

Yahoo seems to prefer sites with incoming links similar to Google preferences. It sounds as if you may need to build some incoming links while you patiently wait for Yahoo to find your site. It can't hurt to resubmit once a month either.

Ok, I just resubmit my site. Will see.
What do you think is it worth to pay yahoo ($300/y)to be included in their directory?

3 months isn't a particularly long time to wait. Google can occasionally pick up new sites within days. The other engines can take a few months to get around to indexing them.

I don't worry about organic listings in any engine but Google for the first 6 months of a new site's life.
