Yahoo 7 day guarantee

What is this supposed to mean?

We've recently submitted a site via the 'Yahoo 7 Day guarantee' listing service and although they've agreed to list us it has taken more than 10 days now for us to appear in their directory listings.

I'm not complaining as such but when reading through their terms and conditions it says that no guarantees are made in terms of inclusion time.

Surely advertising the service as a '7 day guarantee' and then saying in the terms and conditions that they can take as long as they like to list your site is misleading advertising?

I would appreciate any of your opinions on this!

Not positive on this, but I think the 7 day thing is for a review, not the listing itself.

I have submitted a bunch of sites, and they very rarely review the site within 7 days.

Matter of fact, the last site I submitted, I never received a response. After almost 2 weeks, I emailed Yahoo asking about the status of the submission. A day later, I saw the site added. No email back....no response.

Bad service.

We don't care. We don't have to. We're the phone company.

These posts are beginning to sound more and more like Looksmart forums.
