Does anyone still submit to the legacy Inktomi network - I have done in the past few weeks and and finding traffic levels good (mainly through the legacy partners such as Espotting).

I don't understand why you would want to.
The Inktomi distrubtions biggest attraction was MSN. Now MSN do not take any PFI results.
Inktomi doesn't include Yahoo!
So all you are going to get is those minor partners (Espotting, Kanoodle etc).
