Unable to activate yahoo webrank on toolbar.

How do I turn on the webrank feature in the yahoo toolbar?

Can anyone point out how to turn on yahoo webrank on the yahoo toolbar? I went through the different Y! toolbars, my companion, finance and search but I do not see the webrank feature. I do see the yahoo pop-up blocker on my toolbar. Any suggestions?

This is a strange problem because I read the help at [help.yahoo.com...] . According to help I should be prompted to activate the webrank feature however this does not happen.

WebRank was only offered on a limited number of downloads. It sounds like you have a version that doesn't include it.

This URL (http://companion.yahoo.com/config/slv4_done?.act=3&.dflt=1&.intl=us&.region=us&.partner=none&.guest=none&.cpdl=b543) was listed as including Webrank in this thread (http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum35/1933-7-10.htm).

I haven't tried downloading it yet to see if it still includes the Webrank feature. Anyone?
