Lost Web Rank tool.....

Don't know if anyone can help on this - my laptop crashed last week and I have had to completely reconfigure - as a result certain downloads need to be found and downloaded...

So I now have a Yahoo bar without Web Rank.... any ideas as to where I can download this from or get access to a download?

I have checked all the previous links with no luck - every toolbar version is without the Web Rank function.
