Approved in Yahoo directory and Removed from Search Results

Our web site used to get average 2000 users per day from yahoo and then on Feb 2004 all of a sudden the users from yahoo dropped from 2000 to 20 a day. We are listed on top in Google and get a good amount of traffic from Google. I thought it has to do something with not being listed in yahoo directory so I spent $299 to get listed in yahoo directory.

Even we are listed in yahoo directory now. When I search for our website name in yahoo all others sites come up which are linking to our site, and our website is missing in the search results.

When I do a search on yahoo for our site name within our domain name is says yahoo has a large number of pages indexed.

We have some other sites that still get good amount of traffic from yahoo every day even they have a small number of pages listed.

Can some one help me how to find out if we are panelized from yahoo for any reason and how can we get rid of it. We are not looking to do anything that stop search engines to list our web site.
