Indexed in yahoo but...

1.Indexed in yahoo but not showing www.altavista.com and www.alltheweb.com. Even it does not show when i type www.mydomain.com .
2. Recently i made minor changes in my site. Now my site is not coming in ranking.

I am not SEO professional. What may be the probable reason.

Are you indexed in yahoo searching for your keywords, or only the domainname without www. and .com?
If not your site could be excluded for indexing.

It takes longer for altavista and alltheweb, but it will show, unfortunatelly you might have to wait 2-3 motnhs. One of my sites has been up for 6 months and just now showed on those SEs.
