Yahoo! bug or penalty?

squeaky clean sites gone!

I woke up this morning, did my daily ranking checks (not autmoated) and noticed that two of my sites are no longer ranking.

These sites are squeaky clean.

Within in the last 24 hours, Slurp came by and took the robots.txt only.

Have I been penalized or maybe a glitch of some kind?
