Will Yahoo email me after they have re-reviewed my site?

Will they let me know if they have removed penalty or not?

I was wondering if anybody knew if Yahoo emails you after they have re-reviewed a site. I submitted my appeal to the proper email addresses given in other threads and I received a reply stating that my sites were being placed on the re-review que list. I know this takes awhile to get re-reviewed, but my question is... Will I get an email from them when they have performed the re-review stating if the penalties were lifted or not? ...or do they just leave you hanging if they deny the penalty removal appeal. If they deny me and never tell me I'll go nuts waiting and waiting. I need to know if I should lay-off my employees or not as this Yahoo penalty stuff has killed my business.

They should, at least that's what I have heard from other people. I have never used spam so I can't say for sure if they will email you.

robotsdobetter - there are a LOT of sites that have been sidelined that don't even come close to spam. meanwhile there's a lot of spam that hasn't been touched. Its just not as simple as you make it sound. :-\

I see what you are saying, but I never said that I knew for sure. Like I said I never have spammed the search engines, so I have never emailed them.

Donin,
They said before in another thread that they will NOT tell if youre site was aproaved or not.
So I am an crazy one, doubting if I need to write again though my site still is not included.

but they also said they wont tell you exact reasons for the penalty...yet a select few were told just that...so please dont think their rules and guidelines are anything but a fallback position.....

yes usually after a site review - they will contact you, with either a accepted or declined notice.

Caine your response is appreciated but I would prefer to hear the general consensus of what people experienced in contacting Yahoo. It seems most of the moderators at various forums did receive personalized attention, advice, and re-inclusion from Yahoo. I think most people are interested in what the average Joe is experiencing. From the seven people I am tracking none has received any responses from Yahoo since an initial form letter in early March. The exception is one re-inquired after a month and got a rather rude response from Yahoo that they had submitted before. To me it looks like a dead letter drop and most re-inclusion seems to be related to favoritism.
