Yahoo Integrates Search into Instant Messenger

According to a press release [tmcnet.com], Yahoo users can now search the web through their IM.

Additionally, Yahoo Messenger users can listen to internet radio, play games together, go into stealth mode for certain users or groups, and a host of other features.

Communication is an area that is Yahoo's strength, and by adding Search to their Messenger product, they have created another opportunity for exposing people to advertising.
