This is all very interesting. I have around 25 websites In Yahoo and one site mysteriously disappeared from both Yahoo and MSN on around the 1st May. The site did have PFI with Ink which just expired so this could explain the drop from MSN. The only other common factor is that I added a 301 re-direct to the site as one of the domain suffixes was incorrectly set up. I understand Yahoo has a problem with this now MSN as well?

The site is a travel site and has the OCS code.

I would be amazed if this was related to any penalty and feel it has more to do with the PFI feed dropping. Something I understood would not happen to authority sites as it was well indexed with Yahoo after INK PFI feed dropped mid April. Not a great advert for Yahoo.
