Hi,

Last night got an hit from yahoo, though thats odd I checked it up.
Tried to search for it but couldnīt find myself using it.
But I saw another thing I quiet donīt understand.

when you pass over the url.s when doing a search in Yahoo if in the code says SS and a number, means site is in the directory.

But some sites has an OCS code between R=1 and H=0 when you write www.whateverrrr.com and pass mouse over.

My homepage has OCS=1881761, did a search in yahoo for that and the 21 results where all stats pages.

Checked all the penalized sites I know url off and some had same, others did have diferent OCS number and other didnīt have any.

So what does the OCS number mean?

Whatīs strange is that the hit from yahoo wasnīt from yahoo search, as happened before when they danced, was as an directhit but with search terms....therefore I saw the OCS code.

like this:
66.150.156.3 - - [20/Apr/2004:19:50:36 -0400] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 14398
"http://rds.yahoo.com/S=2766679/
K=word+word+word/v=2/TID=DF5H_30/SID=e/l=WS1/R=4/OCS=188176/H=0/*-http://www.mydomain.com/" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.16; Mac_PowerPC)"

normally itīs like this:
194.69.198.40 - - [19/Apr/2004:12:58:29 -0400] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 14398
"http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=word+word+%2B+word&ei=UTF-8&fr=fp-tab-web-t&cop=mss&tab=" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 4.0)"
