Who's supplying the sponsored results?

Yahoo Mexico is showing sponsored results in its search listings ("Resultados patrocinados"). They don't seem to be coming from Overture (who don't operate in Mexico anyway).

Does any one have any idea how these listings are bought? Thanks.

From what I can tell yahoo does it themselves.
