slurp spiders anymore?

Hi,
My penalty has been lifted for some days ago, and for a long time slurp dont visit me, not even searching for robots.txt.
fast stopped spidering me, but scooter spiders me heavily.

Just checked doing search in yahoo and google for site:mydomain.com and in google 7 pages more, but the results are identical, the first 40 results in yahoo and google have the same order on pages indexed, so for me, doing a site search in yahoo is rather fresh google result, even though these donīt show up in serps.

Why and what for, is scooter spidering me, and rest of us I suppose?
suppose to get included in serps should need and wait for slurp to come in?

Itīs very confusing all this.
