Yahoo directory is now listing tracking links, instead of plaint links

After the last Google PR & backlinks update, I noticed backlinks from Yahoo USA directory do not show up. The backlinks from uk, ca, asia, in etc. are there. I thought may be Yahoo lost PR, so Google is ignoring them.
Just now I found directory listing in Yahoo USA now have tracking links instead of plain links. Yahoo in other countries still show direct links. That explains why Yahoo backlinks do not show up in Google anymore.

Yahoo USA backlinks are still all over the place, but the PR of the Directory has been gutted in some places.
