Oh my good what I found.
Really I found it on all the web, checking my referrers saw an referer to an non-existing page (ever existed) www.mydomain.com/spanish/links.esp.htm

then searched for that url in all the web, and there is one paged indexed for that url, with same title and descripcion as my spanish homepage..... thats duplicate content even if donīt exist.

then clicked on see external sites linking to that page, and came up one site, that is an counter I used before I had my own stats, checked the page, and instead of saying stats for site and url of homepage, is says stats for linksspain and that fiction url.......
maybe is the same for my english homepage.

Searched on yahoo and itīs not indexed, but this is very strange. that could be an good reason.

nobody....

Should I report it shouldnīt I?

Lets see if understands this,
donīt know how an page with cgi stats, with an non-existing link to my site can be indexed by all the web, and with the same title as index.page....thats an indexing error, that page ever existed.

And second, does or did Inktomi spider all the web?
If so, they should have found duplicate pages, of course the non-existing get an 404 error, that in itīs turn has an redirection to index of course.
Could be understod as duplicated page with redirection.

Could this be the reason?

i dont think anybody replied because once youre out you are out. They will never let you back in as things stand today. Theres no point in clinging to the hope that if you find a reason they will look at it again. As things stand i dont see any appeal process. They hinted it may come in the future but it aint here today.

its pretty obvious that for unknown reasons yahoo do not want to address the issue head on. There are no prospects to plain and straight answers to the questions around INK penalties and editorial decisions. That would mean explaining how they decide for $299 your site is good enough for the directory but not for the main serps.

yes, when relax a bit, understand that maybe I wouldnīt either, but they could always send an sticky, or just say, send an e-mail.
But I think they are very busy, though Yahoo showed their intention of sorting it up.
Time will tell.
