Yahoo Yellow Pages

I post this question out of curiousity more than anything.

How would a business go about insuring their company and their web site appeared when a user searched Yahoo's (or even switchboard's for that matter) yellow page listings?

Is Yahoo simply fueled by a traditional yellow pages company and you could add your web site to your listing for fee, just like you can buy a 1/4 page ad vs. a listing?

They get their yellow pages listing from a company called infoUSA.
