LA Times published an article in the front page of the business section today about Yahoo Site Match and what people say about it.

I was interviewd 2 days ago for the article. Here is the only section they quoted me:

"Everybody's saying, 'What is holding back Yahoo from giving these sites a boost?,' because there's a financial benefit to them sending traffic to these websites,"

Interesting that auctions are mentioned.

Yahoo's new PFI&PPC model made no sense to me up to now - who could afford such prices?

But, if you're allowed to change the URL every few days, it could be a good tool to keep all your current eBay auctions in Yahoo.

Downside: lots and lots of eBay pages in the search results, soon.
