This is really more of an editorial as to what problems this person believes Yahoo has. I have put it here because I think it might lead to a good discussion. I mean discussion...NOT a rant session. -G
That's because Yahoo!'s problem doesn't lie in its business model or in its balance sheet. The real problem is that Yahoo! is horrible in dealing with acquisitions.
