Yahoo link: command

Still shows Google Data

May not be news to some, but I just came across this. Entering link:www.my-site.com returns identical results in Google and Yahoo.

I was trying to make sense out of the Yahoo SERPs when I came across this. I also note that a url that I put a 301 redirect on about a year ago is suddenly showing up in the Yahoo SERPs. ATW and Ink always had problems resolving these 301's in my experience. Was hoping that Yahoo would get it right :(

I noticed this with link: too - though if you include do it as link:http://domain.com then you get different results...

Yeap I'm also seeing Google data.

My guess is there are still glitches in the transition period that will soon be ironed out.

I wouldn't imagine they'd be using Google for link analysis.
