How to submit porn/spam results?

With google, I would simply submit a spam report.

I can't see any way to make such a report with Yahoo. There is a "help us improve" type option, but this needs more attention than a "help us improve" type feedback.

Yahoo's search FAQ mentions safesearch but doesn't give a link for submitting issues:
[help.yahoo.com...]
