Will the new yahoo search have the old inktomi database, or are they starting from scratch.

Eg. If site 1 has a penalty 2 years old on inktomi, do they have this penalty on the new yahoo as well up and coming.

Would like to know as well....

seems like, at least for the moment, though the other day the new spider from yahoo spidered only my robots.txt file, thing Inktomi been doing since 13/1 in my site.

I am nowhere to find in yahoo.com

Yeah...I got some sites with 5 hyphens that all got the boot from INK. I am assuming b/c of the hyphens. Will the new Yahoink be loosening the threshold on this issue?

The domains definately-make-complete-search-sense.com and are whitehats with good content and links.

Also, what about expired domains? I also developed 2 sites that I did not know where previously owned and have some sort of penalties on them. I paid for one to be PFI and had no luck at all at it being included.
