Welcome to WmW Tenyque

Thank you for sharing.
Will you or your clients be taking part in this new program? I'm still not sure what to advise our clients.

Well, considering that we are talking about Yahoo, a charge ranging from $25-$300 dollars seems like a reasonable charge for a link at the top of a directory's site listings. On the other hand, we have to remember that it does not show on general search results, and is only being promised a placement as part of a rotation. Depending on the competition, it may be a long wait in line before it gets it's limited time in the limelight. If the wait between appearances is too long, it may not be worth enough to maintain the monthly fee.

I imagine this will be something brought to, and paid by, clients more often then not, with research put in to see if it would be worth it for that particular client based on how long the waiting list might be (and how much exposure that money would buy compared to Goto). But of course, things like this are more the stuff of monday morning meetings and things decided by the boss then my wailings.

happy trails,
