Yahoo Profile errors...pls help!

i got a problem....when i install new Windows,yahoo profiles work fine.

but after awhile i can't see other people's profiles,and i can't even change my profile contests.

error message is shown:

The requested URL /(user name) was not found on this server.

what's the problem any1 can help me?

I've noticed that yahoo profiles don't seem to work too well when combined with their regionalisation. EG, if someone who uses the yahoo.co.uk servers cause that's where they live tries to look up the profile of someone who generally uses the Australian servers, the UK servers may or may not know about the Australian guy's profile...
